I think that no matter where you are in your organization, Orchard is a must! They have fresh eyes. To have them as  partners who come along side of you on this journey with organization, consulting and coaching skills, it helps you see all sides of your journey.

On completing the Orchard Institute Foundations curriculum: I have learned so much. I feel that I have been set up for success. The proper way to invite donors, start the conversation and how to handle the situation when the person I am asking turns down the invitation to speak about fundraising.

Orchard is the real deal. I think that people who trust in God and want to continue in that direction will receive full support from Orchard. Between the trainings, the prayer support and phone call check-ins, we feel so loved. When Orchard understands the mission of your work, it’s apparent in the support and the care they offer.

Orchard has a pool of knowledge and experience that can help us take our hopes and visions that we have, and translate them into real, working programs. We’ve been really thankful to explore the possibility of having new business partnerships, improving our fundraising and all the others things that we dream of doing. Orchard helps us find a path and map out how that will happen. We’ve been really grateful for that.

We are not meant to do our non-profit work alone. I need to not only ask for help but allow myself to receive. (This is a “thing” for me!) Someone wants to, has the ability, (and will) hold my arm up, too. Orchard can and has done this for me!

I have been gaining valuable insights along the journey, especially the importance of prayer before embarking on any task, as well as the art of fundraising and more. These valuable lessons can guide us through various aspects of life. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Orchard for the continuous support we receive from your team.
